الملخّص
حصل التعايش بين المسلمين واليهود في كنف المواطنة وكان لليهود باعتبارهم من أهل الذمة حقوقا يتمتعون بها وفي المقابل لهم واجبات تجاه الأمن العام لبلاد الإسلام، وبين النصّ والواقع حصلت الكثير من القضايا طرحها اليهود ومن ثم اعتنت كتب النوازل الفقهية بها وقدّمت صورا حيّة تؤرخ لمدى امتثال اليهود لبنود قانون أهل الذمة، هل كانوا أوفياء تجاه الوطن الذي يعيشون فيه باعتبارهم يشاركون المسلمين ما يعرف بحق المواطنة، هل كانوا من المساهمين في تحقيق النهضة الاقتصادية والعلمية في الواقع أم كانوا معوقات تجاه تحقيق أمن الأوطان؟؟؟ كيف تعامل المسلمون معهم؟ وهذا ما سيقع التوسع فيه خلال هذه الورقة العلمية.

Abstract
Coexistence between Muslims and Jews took place under citizenship and the Jews, as parents, had rights and, in return, duties to the general security of the country of Islam. And between the text and the reality, there were a lot of issues raised by Jews, so I took care of the textbooks and presented vivid images chronicling the extent to which Jews comply with the provisions of the Law on the Divinity, Have they been true to the homeland where they live as Muslims share what is known as the right to citizenship Have they been contributors to the realization of the extraordinary and scientific renaissance in fact or are they obstructing homeland security?? How did Muslims deal with them? This is what will be expanded during this scientific paper.
