ظاهرة الطلاق وأثارها السلبية على الأسرة

الملخص 

تناول القران الكريم الزواج و الاسرة في مجموعة كبيرة من الآيات , كما تناولت السيرة النبوية الاسرة بمجموعة من الاحاديث و حث على اهمية الزواج و تكوين الاسرة و تربية الاولاد مما يساعد على استقرارها اذ ان كثير من الاجور لا ينالها المسلم الا بالزواج . و الاصل في الزواج عدم الطلاق , و يبقى الطلاق تشريعا استثنائيا و حلا لحالات خاصة جدا فليس انتقاما و لا تشفيا و لا هروبا من مواجهة المسؤولية .

اذ يعد الطلاق مشكلة اجتماعية و نفسية و هو ظاهرة عامة في جميع المجتمعات , و يبدو انه يزداد انتشارا في مجتمعاتنا في الازمنة الحديثة نتيجة للتغيرات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و التحول التكنلوجي الهائل و ما افرزتها هذه التغيرات من مشكلات هددت مكانة الاسرة و استقرارها و الطلاق هو ابغض الحلال شرعا لما يترتب عليه من اثار سلبية في تفكك الاسرة و زيادة العداوة و البغضاء بين الزوجين و الاثار السلبية على الاطفال و من ثم الاثار الاجتماعية و النفسية العديدة بدءا من الاضطرابات النفسية الى السلوك المنحرف و الجريمة و غير ذلك .لذلك تهتم الدول و الانظمة بالطلاق و تجري البحوث و الدراسات لإيجاد حلول له سعيا لإعانة الاسر على مواجهة التحديات و القدرة على البقاء .

Abstract

The Holy Qur’an deals with marriage and the family in a large group of verses, and the Prophet’s biography also deals with the family with a group of hadiths and urges the importance of marriage family formation and child-rearing, which helps its stability, as many wages are only obtained by a Muslim through marriage. And the principle in marriage is not to divorce, and divorce remains an exceptional legislation and a solution to very special cases, so it is not revenge, not a cure, nor an escape from facing responsibility.           .

As divorce is a social and psychological problem and it is a general phenomenon in all societies, and it seems that it is increasing in our societies in modern times as a result of social and economic changes and the tremendous technological change and what these changes have produced of problems that have threatened the status and stability of the family and divorce is the most despicable one. It is legally permissible because of its negative effects on the disintegration of the family, the increase in hostility and hatred between spouses, the negative effects on children, and then the many social and psychological effects, ranging from psychological disorders to deviant behavior, crime and so on. Therefore, states and systems are concerned with divorce. Research and studies are conducted to find solutions to it in an effort to help families face challenges and survive.
