لاشك إن سياسة العدالة الاجتماعية تشكل اهدافا تتجاوز ما تم تداوله في تحقيق الحرية والمساوة . إنما مثلت وسيلة مهمة في تحقيق تنمية مجتمعية مستدامة ، لكونها ساهمت في خلق مجتمع يتعامل مع الانسان بوصفه عضوا ذات امكانية وقدرات عالية وسامية ويطمح الى مزيدة من التقدم والتطور والرفاهية ، فالعدالة الاجتماعية هي عملية ديناميكية بطيئة مستمرة من التعلم والارتقاء ، لأنها توفر الاساس والقاعدة للمجتمع المتماسك الذي يؤمن بمبادئ الاحترام المتبادل من حيث الحفاظ على حقوق الانسان والتي من ضمنها توفير الحياة الكريمة لكل الافراد من حيث الصحة والتعليم وتلبية كل حاجات الانسان التي تساعده في مسار التطور والتنمية المستدامة، فالتنمية البشرية لا تتحقق الا بوجود عدالة اجتماعية ، وسياسية، وثقافية ، واقتصادية .

There is no doubt that social justice policy constitutes goals that go beyond what was discussed in achieving freedom and equality. Rather, it represented an important means in achieving sustainable societal development, as it contributed to creating a society that deals with the human being as a member with high potential and supreme capabilities that requires more progress and development. With the principles of mutual respect in terms of preserving human rights, which include providing a decent life for all individuals in terms of health and education, and meeting all the human needs that help him in the course of development and sustainable development, human development is only achieved with the presence of fair justice.
