الملخص

يعيش الإنسان اليوم في عصر الوعي المعلوماتي والرقمنة « التطور التكنولوجي والمعلوماتي »، أصبحت الرقمنة ثقافة وأسلوب حياة لكل المجتمعات، بل فالرقمنة تُمكن الأجيال المستقبلية من أكتساب المهارات المعلوماتية اللازمة للبحث العلمي في إطار مما سبق تتبلور مشكلة البحث من خلال مسح التراث النظري، حيث كشفت ملاحظات الباحثة مدي سعي الباحثين والباحثات دومًا في شتي المؤسسات البحثية والجامعات المصرية للحصول علي معلومات وبيانات علمية مختلفة من نشر المعارف وقواعد البيانات البحثية عبر مواقع الإنترنت المختلفة التي تضاف بشكل يومي على مواقع الإنترنت.

فمن الملاحظ أن القراءة الدقيقة والتحليل الدقيق للباحثة لمسح التراث النظري للدراسات السابقة للمشكلة البحثية عكست رؤي متنوعة حول   »الوعي المعلوماتي « التي أستفادت منها الباحثة في التوصل للقضية البحثية الراهنة وهي الكشف عن  » أثر توظيف الوعي المعلوماتي في رفع مستوي البحث العلمي لدي الباحثين، ويتمثل الهدف الرئيسي في الكشف عن أثر توظيف الوعي المعلوماتي في دعم حركة البحث العلمي للباحثين، وأستخدمت الباحثة منهج البحث الوصفي بالتطبيق علي عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا بالجامعات المصرية، عن طريق استخدام استمارة الاستبيان الالكتروني . ووتوصل البحث إلى جملة نتائج كالاتي:

• تفوتت ترتيب الدرجات وفقا لمدي قدرة الباحثين علي تطيبق المهارات والدورات في ابحاثهم العلمية، كما أتضح من الشكل التالي تأتي النسبة الأكبر لأفراد عينة البحث الذي حصلوا علي درجة جيد المركز الأول بنسبة ،35.8 % ، بينما احتلت الجرائد الرسمية المركز الاخير. ( 18.2) 16%.

، وعلى إثرها توصلت الباحثة لعددًا من التوصيات التي يمكن للطلاب الدراسات العليا بالجامعات الإستفادة منها: تطوير منظومة البحث العلمي على مستوى الدول العربية وفقا للتحول الرقمي.نشر الوعي بأهمية النشر العلمي الإلكتروني.

Abstract

Today, man lives in the era of informational awareness and digitization “technological and informational development.” Digitization has become a culture and a way of life for all societies. In fact, digitization enables future generations to acquire the information skills necessary for scientific research within the framework of the above. The research problem crystallizes through a theoretical heritage survey. The researcher is the extent to which researchers always strive in various Egyptian research institutions and universities to obtain different scientific information and data from the dissemination of knowledge and research databases through the various Internet sites that are added on a

daily basis on the Internet. It is noticeable that the careful reading and careful analysis of the researcher to survey the theoretical heritage of previous studies of the research problem reflected various visions about “information awareness” that the researcher benefited from in reaching the current research problem.

Which is to reveal “the impact of  employing  informational awareness in raising the level of scientific research among researchers, and the goal is the main in revealing the impact of employing informational awareness in supporting the scientific research movement of researchers????

 The search reached a number of results as follows:

• The order of degrees was missed according to the extent of the researchers’ ability to apply skills and courses in their scientific research, as it became clear from the following figure. The largest percentage of the research sample members who obtained a good degree came first with a percentage of 35.8%, while official newspapers occupied the last place. (18.2) 16%.
