قاعدة العلل وتطبيقاتها في فقه الحديث

الملخص

تحدثت في هذا المقال عن قاعدة من أهم قواعد فقه الحديث، التي تسهم في فهمه واستنباط الأحكام منه، وهي قاعدة علل الحديث، معرفا في المحور الأول منه بمعناها اللغوي ودلالتها الاصطلاحية عند علماء الحديث، ثم عرضت لأهم المصنفات المتقدمة والأبحاث المتأخرة والمعاصرة فيها، أما المحور الثاني فقد خصصته لأقسام العلة وأجناسها وطرق الكشف عليها، مع ذكر الأمثلة التطبيقية لكل مسألة منها، ثم ختمت المقال بخاتمة عرضت فيها لأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها.

Abstract

 In this article, I discussed one of the most important rules of Hadith’s jurisprudence This rule, which is Hadith Illness rule, helps to understand and derive the judgments from the Hadith. In the first section of this article, I identified the Hadith’s linguistic meaning and its significance in conventional terminology of Hadith scientists, and then presented its most advanced works and contemporary researches. However, the second section was devoted to the illness’ parts, genres, methods of search, and the examples of application of each issue. Finally, I concluded the article with a conclusion in which it presented the most important findings
