Apostasy between Hadd and Sharia Policy

أشد ما يواجهه المسلمون اليوم هو منازعتهم في عقيدتهم، وكيفية غرس الردة عن الإسلام فيهم؛ لأن منشأ الردة غالباً يكون بين الشبهات العامة التي تعصف بالمجتمع نتيجة محاولة غرس الإلحاد فيه، والانحرافات الفكرية الشخصية؛ بسبب ما يساور النفس الإنسانية من صراع داخلي من أسئلة وشكوك حول الكون والخالق والنفس وغيرها، وهنا لا بد من أهمية نشر فهم الدين الصحيح الذي منطلقه النقل والعقل، وإذا حصلت ردة فيجب استتابة المرتد مع البيان الفكري الذي أدى لذلك،ومنحهالأجوبة الشافية والوافية القائمة على الأدلة والبراهين، وكذلك بيان إشكالية سبب قتل المرتد فهل هو الحد أو سياسة شرعية كما أشاعه بعض المعاصرين، فحد الردة ثابت كأحد الحدود الشرعية، وإيقافه حالياً كسياسة شرعية كما فعل سيدنا عمر رضي الله عنه في حد السرقة في عام الرمادة، ولتعقيدات الواقع وأنظمة الدول الإسلامية المعاصرة المرتبطة بالنمط الغربي مما أدى إلى وجود شرخ بين مفهوم الدولة والحد والولاء للعقيدة.

Abstract

The most severe thing that Muslims face today is their dispute over their faith, and how to inculcate apostasy from Islam in them, because the origin of apostasy is often between the general alshubhat that plague society as a result of trying to instill atheism in it, and personal intellectual deviations; because the origin of apostasy is often between the general suspicions that plague society as a result of trying to instill atheism in it, and personal intellectual deviations; Because of the inner struggle of the human soul, of questions and doubts about the universe, the Creator, the soul, and others,here it is necessary to spread the understanding of the correct religion, which is based on transmission and mind,and if an apostasy occurs, the apostate must repent with the intellectual statement that led to that, and give him satisfactory and adequate answers based on evidence and proofs.As well as clarifying the problematic reason for killing the apostate, so is it the hadd punishment or a Sharia policy as was circulated by some contemporaries?

The limit of apostasy is fixed as one of the Sharia limits, and stopping it now as a Sharia policy, as our master Omar, May Allah be pleased with him, did with the limit of theft in the year of Ramada, and because of the complexities of reality and the systems of contemporary Islamic countries linked to the Western pattern, which led to a rift between the concept of the polity, limit and loyalty to the creed.
