ملخص البحث:

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى صياغة « إطار تقويمي مشترك » (Common Assessment Framework) يساعد في تقدير النجاعة التعليمية التي تعرضها مواقع تعليم اللغة العربية عبر موقع « اليوتوب »youtube ». وتُعدّ هذه المواقع « حالة نموذجيّة » لدراسة التأثير الفائق الذي أحدثته الوسائط التكنولوجية داخل ميدان تعليم اللغات، وتأثيرها المتزايد على تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بـها في السنوات القليلة الأخيرة. إن موقع « اليوتوب » يحتل رتبة متقدمةً جدا في التصنيفات العالمية لأكثر المواقع الإلكترونية شعبية (المرتبة 2، بعد غوغل »google » [alexa top 500 sites: march 2022])، كما أنه يتميز بسهولة استخدامه، وتعدّد خدماته، وكثرة مـجالاته. وهو من أشد المواقع بساطةً من جهة شروط النشر وحقوق الإنتاج؛ إذ يُمكن لأي فردٍ -بغض النظر عن جنسه ومستواه التعليمي ولغته الأم- أن يفتح قناته الخاصة ضِمن عدد وافر ومتنوع من الـمجالات والتخصُّصات. ومن الواضح أن ميدان « تعليم اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين بها » يمكن أن يستفيد من هذا المصدر الرقمي العالمي، وذلك لوجود تجارب كثيرة، ومحاولات مبتكرة يحاول فيها بعض الشباب، وهُواة اللغة العربية، وطلابها حول العالم، عرض أفكارهم واقتراحاتهم حول طرائق تعلم اللغة العربية « بأسهل منهجية وأقصر مدة زمنيةّ »، وهذه المحاولات جديرة بالرصد والمتابعة والتقويم. وخُطَّتُــنا في هذا البحث أن نبدأ بتعريف بهذه التجربة المتميزة، ثم مناقشة الاقتراحات التعليمية، والأفكار التقنية الناجعة؛ بُغية تثمينها وملاحظة مردوديتها الإبداعية والاتصالية. ثم ننتقل للإشارة إلى الأفكار الجديدة، والمنصات المبتكرة التي صنعها رواد المحتوى التعليمي العربي لتحدي الأزمة الخانقة التي أحدثتها جائحة كورونا، ونختم البحث بالدروس المستخلصة من هذه التجربة، وصِيغة « الإطار التقويمي المشترك » الذي يساعد صانعي هذا النوع من المحتوى على مشاركة الأفكار، وتطوير هذا المجال.

Teaching and Learning languages Via YouTube:

Study on the Successful Experiences, and the Extensive Prospects

  For Arabic Language Sites.

Abstract:

This study aims at design a “Common Assessment Framework” that helps assess educational efficacy offered by Arabic language teaching sites via YouTube. These sites are a « typical case » to study the superior impact that technology has had within the field of language education, and its increasing impact on teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in the last few years. « YouTube » platform occupies a very advanced rank in the global rankings of the most popular websites (ranked 2, after Google [alexa top 500 sites: march 2022]). it is also characterized by its ease of use, multiplicity of its services, and the large number of its fields. Furthermore, it is one of the simplest sites in terms of publishing terms, and production rights (any individual, regardless of his gender, educational level and mother tongue, can open his own channel within a wide variety of fields and specializations). It is clear that the field of « teaching Arabic to non-native speakers » can benefit from this global digital resource, due to the presence of many experiences, and innovative attempts in which some young people, Arabic language enthusiasts, and students around the world are trying, presenting their ideas and suggestions about the methods of learning the Arabic language « with the easiest methodology within the shortest period of time ». And these attempts are worthy of monitoring, follow-up and evaluation. Based on the foregoing, our plan in this research is to start by defining this distinguished experience, then discussing educational suggestions and effective technical ideas. In order to value it, and note its creative and communicative outcomes. Then we move on to refer the new ideas and innovative platforms created by the pioneers of Arabic educational content, to challenge the stifling crisis caused by the Corona pandemic, and we conclude the research with lessons learned from this experience, and the formula of the “common evaluation framework” that helps creators of this type of content share ideas, and develop this field.
