الملخص:

بدلت الدول عبر مختلف أرجاء العالم جهودا جبارة للحد من ظاهرة انتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد وأثاره السلبية عليها سواء كانت سياسية او اجتماعية او اقتصادية او ثقافية، فقد لجأت معظم البلدان الى اتخاذ تدابير وقائية فأغلقت اماكن التجمعات ومنها المدارس والجامعات، وهو ما أثار قلقا كبيرا للحكومات وأولياء الأمور على دوام العملية التعليمية الأمر الذي دفع بالمؤسسات التعليمية للتحول إلى التعلم الإلكتروني كبديل وضرورة لاستكمال البرامج التعليمية فوفرت منصات تعليم إلكترونية لاستكمال الدراسة عبر الانترنت كما تم الاستعانة بإستراتيجية نظام الدفعات والتفويج لضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية اضافة الي اتاحة امكانية التعلم عن بعد عبر الالتحاق بالجامعات العالمية  من أجل إجراء البحوث والدراسات العليا حيث يسعى هذا البحث للوقوف على تأثيرات جائحة كورونا على تعليم الطلاب وتعلمهم وكيف تم التعامل معها من أجل الحفاظ على عمليتي التعليم والتعلم بالجامعة الجزائرية فما هي الإجراءات المتخذة في المؤسسات التعليمية لمجابهة هذا الفيروس وكيف انعكس ذلك على مهاراتهم وخبراتهم؟ وهل نجحت هذه التدابير في ضمان استمرارية العملية التعليمية؟

Strategy of Teaching Arabic Language in Corona (COVID-19) Time

Algerian University as Example

Abstract

Many countries of the world have made great efforts to confront the phenomenon of the spread of the new Corona virus and its negative effects on the political, social, economic or even cultural fields. Therefore, most countries have resorted to taking preventive measures, closing gathering places such as schools and universities, which caused great concern for governments and parents about the permanence of the teaching process. Instead, the latter resorted to be learning to continue teaching programs, they created e-learning platforms to complete the online study, they also relied on teaching by the strategy of the levels and grouping system was used to ensure the continuity of the educational process. Besides, the possibility of distance learning has been made available by enrolling in international universities for scientific research and postgraduate studies. This research seeks to determine the effects of the Corona pandemic on student teaching and learning, and the way to adapt to it in order to preserve the teaching and learning processes in Algerian University. What are the measures taken in educational institutions to confront this virus? How does this affect their skills and experience? Have these measures succeeded in ensuring the continuity of the teaching process
