يهدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى إن الاستثمار في الشباب يحل مشكلة الفقر والبطالة ، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أُستخدم المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي  واستخدمت أداة للحليل الإحصائي EXCEL ، وكانت أهم النتائج : بالفهم الصحيح للاستخلاف وبتفعيل خصائص وأبعاد التنمية البشرية  و الاستخلاف  وإسقاطها على الشباب يستطيع الشباب أن يحل مشكلة الفقر والبطالة و وضح البحث انه توجد مرتكزات تساهم في حل مشكلة الفقر والبطالة من جانب الأمة وتوجد مرتكزات من جانب الشباب  وتوجد أسباب للفقر والبطالة وتوجد و سائل لعلاجهما  وتوجد  وسائل لحل المشكلة أيضا  عبر الشباب والدولة. واهم التوصيات: تفعيل خصائص وأبعاد التنمية البشرية  و الاستخلاف  وإسقاطها على الشباب وتفعيل مرتكزات الاستثمار في الشباب لحل مشكلة الفقر والبطالة  ، الابتعاد أسباب الفقـر و البطالة  و تطبيق المنهج الاقتصادي الإسلامي لعلاج مشكلة الفقر والبطالة ، تفعيل المؤسسات   الداعمة للشباب ، يجب أن  يخطط الشباب استراتيجيا لحل مشكلة الفقر والبطالة.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know that investment in youth sector solve the problem of poverty and UN employment.To sustain this objective, the study used historical descriptive and analytical approach, and used statistical analysis as a tool of analysis.The main results are Correct understanding of (Istikhlaf concept: status of being responsible for developing the earth or universal), and activating of development chercteristices and application of it on youth will Solve the problem of poverty and unemployment.The research clarify the basis of solving the problem from nation side and the youth side.There are many reasons of poverty and unemployment.There are means or facilities to solve this problem throw youth and the State.Main recommendations.Activite chercteristics and basis of humen development and apply them on youth.Activity basis of investment on youth to solve the problem of poverty and unemployment.Avoid reasons of poverty and apply Islamic economy approach in the treatment of problem of poverty and unemployment.Youth must have strategic plans to solve the problem.
